Addiction Treatment
Addiction of any kind is a powerful and complex condition in relation to receiving treatment. Push Wellness offers specialized and evidenced based treatment that meets clients where they are on an individual basis during every step of recovery. It is also common that while dealing with addiction, individuals experience other issues with mental health, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. Our clinical staff will assist with helping you put your life back together one step at a time.
Individual and Group Counseling
Individual counseling with our clinicians provides a focused and intensive therapeutic environment. This environment allows for a strong alliance with you and our clinician while working at an individualized pace. Individual counseling also assists directly in working on and identifying personalized coping techniques that deal with all past and present areas of concerns.
Group Counseling allows for sharing thoughts and experiences with similar peers and can help with the healing and recovery process. A big part of group therapy is recognizing that others are struggling with very similar emotions and circumstances, so it is helpful to have that support from your peers. Group therapy also gives you a voice where you can think and feel as you are. We offer a range of therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness training, family education, as well as physical wellness education. The benefits of group therapy include building comradery while growing with your group of peers, role modeling and mentorship, hand-on experience with active listening, skills development, peer to peer insight, and hope.
Case Management
Supportive and Connective Case Management. Case Management is one of the most utilized benefits to individuals receiving services at our Outpatient Clinic. We provide a variety of services that are individualized to meet all your needs during recovery. Services may include but are not limited to home visits, hospital visits, jail visits, life skills, job training and development, daily living skills, socialization skills, reunification with family and children, development of treatment goals, developing plans to help in the event of a crisis situation, coordinating with other treatment providers for overall wellness care, and providing ongoing support to individuals.
Peer Services
Peer Support services provide individualized and group support for peers/individuals. Topics of support may include support regarding lived experiences such as substance use and behavioral health as well as personalized coping techniques to overcome shared experiences. Even with its broadness in topics and experiences, peer services complement the support offered by our clinical staff.
